Session 1: 9 am EDT / 14:00 GMT daylight / 15:00 Europe Daylight
Session 2: 1 pm EDT / 10 am PDT
Dr. Sharoni Jacobs and Tom Downey will demonstrate how the Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 can be integrated into cancer research for the purpose of measuring gains and losses in chromosomal copy number, and for detecting regions of loss of heterozygosity (LOH). Data will be presented that illustrate the performance of the SNP Array 6.0, using both fresh frozen and FFPE samples analyzed by Partek's Genomics Suite. Tom Downey will provide a demonstration of the workflows within Partek to analyze, compare and visualize copy number data from Affymetrix arrays.
