Affymetrix’ Copy Number Analysis Tool (CNAT) Version 4.0 implements a new algorithm developed to identify chromosomal gains and losses and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) using high-density oligonucleotide arrays and the whole-genome sampling assay (WGSA). CNAT 4.0 includes four analysis workflows and an enhanced viewer that allows whole-genome, chromosome-specific and multi-sample views, as well as the ability to export data to upload directly into the University of California, Santa Cruz Browser. A product overview is given by Jody Courtney, Ph.D., senior product manager at Affymetrix, and a software demonstration provided by Dione Bailey, application scientist at Affymetrix.
This web talk covers the following topics:
• Setting up a CNAT 4.0 analysis including choosing a reference data set
• Reviewing algorithm output
• Displaying copy number and LOH results using the CNAT 4.0 viewer
