Affymetrix’ recently launched Copy Number Analysis Tool (CNAT) Version 4.0 implements a new algorithm developed to identify chromosomal gains and losses and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) using high-density oligonucleotide arrays and the whole-genome sampling assay (WGSA). Srinka Ghosh will describe CNAT 4.0 copy number and LOH algorithms, including a discussion of user-tunable parameters with biological examples.
