All of the raw data which was used in this publication is available
here, along with descriptions of the file formats and data types available.
The full data set comes to a total of just under 2 Gigabytes, after compression.
If you are interested in obtaining the entire dataset here are some tips for doing so.
Alternatively, if you would like to just browse around, the data will
soon be visualized on the April 2001 assembly at the
UC Santa Cruz Genome Browser
(thanks to the efforts of
Chuck Sugnet,
Ryan Weber
and the rest of the UCSC team). We will put up links to some interesting
examples as soon as possible. In the meantime, here are some static screen
shots of what is being put together on the UCSC site:
- Example 1 No match to known ESTs/genes, but good correspondance with mouse and fish in all 11 cell lines.
- Example 2 Detection of known gene RANBP1 in all 11 cell lines.
- Example 3 No ESTs/genes, but close correspondance with mouse hits.
- Example 4 Detection of known gene ADAMTS1 in 4 of the 11 cell lines (FHs-738Lu, PC3, SK-N-AS, U-87MG).
- Example 5 Detection of known gene APP in all cell lines except CCRF-Cem.
- Example 6 Detection of predicted gene (similar to proline oxidase) in NCCIT cell line.
- Example 7 No match to known genes or spliced ESTs, match to unspliced ESTs and mouse hits in all 11 cell lines.
