During the process of creating your custom designed GeneChip® expression array, the Affymetrix Custom Array Design Team will add additional control probe sets to your design for each species your array is interrogating. The control probe sets we use for each species are listed below. If the species you are interrogating is not listed, please provide additional control sequences and instructions as part of your design submission.
