Description of Downloads
- GCOS Flat Files: This zip file contains XDA format CEL files. These files are intended for use with Expression Console™ and other Gene 1.0 ST Array analysis software. They are not intended for import into GCOS systems.
- AGCC ARR/CEL: These are zipped files converted with DEC from the GCOS Flat Files. These zip files contain richly annotated sample files (*.ARR) and AGCC-formatted probe cell intensity data (*.CEL). These data can be parsed with the Fusion SDK and are easily imported into Affymetrix Command Console or Expression Console.
- ARR/CEL/CHP: These are zipped study files from Expression Console v1.1. These zip files contain richly annotated sample files (*.ARR), AGCC formatted probe cell intensity data (*.CEL), and AGCC-formatted probe level summarization data (*.CHP). CHP files were generated using RMA and for exon arrays using only the core probes. These data can be parsed with the Fusion SDK and are easily imported into Affymetrix® Command Console® Software or Expression Console.
Description of Sample Sets
This data set contains a collection of 11 tissues. The RNA samples are from a commercial source. Each tissue has three biological replicates; there are no technical replicates. The 11 tissues are listed below:
