GeneChip Scanner 3000 instrument workstations that have recently
had their library files re-installed due to a rebuild of the workstation
or due to a complete uninstall/reinstall of the MAS software including
all library files.
Recommendation:
Please run MercuryUpdate.exe from the GeneChip Scanner 3000
Scan Parameters CD included with the MAS 5.1 software on both the
instrument workstation and the LIMS server which can be downloaded
from the following link:

Please read the instructions and update the appropriate library
files before continuing with the scan of the arrays.
