		The first version of the GeneChip® Murine Genome U74 Set was redesigned due to ambiguities in the database that were replicated during the design of the arrays. The specific issue is related to the accuracy of the assigned directionality of the sequences submitted into GenBank® and UniGene. The GeneChip® Murine Genome U74v2 Set, which is available now, has resolved this issue. The following files have been made available through the link at the bottom of this page to help you manage the data you have generated with version one of the GeneChip® Murine Genome U74 Set:
		•	Excel spreadsheet of probe sets that were affected on each array
		•	.MSK files for the A, B and C arrays that enable you to remove the data generated by the non-functional probe sets during analysis with Microarray Suite software.
		•	Read Me file with instructions on the use of the files listed above.
