The GeneChip® Human Genome U133 (HG-U133) Set includes 100
human maintenance genes on both arrays which serves as a tool to
normalize and scale your data prior to performing data comparisons.
To facilitate the use of these genes in scaling or normalization,
we have provided the mask files that identify these probe sets on
either the A or B array.

Suite 5.0 Manual or probe set masking on page 4.1.20 in the
Data Analysis section of the GeneChip®
Expression Analysis Technical Manual for a complete description
on how to use mask files in scaling or normalization to selected
probe sets.
