| Affymetrix GeneChip® Targeted Genotyping Analysis Software (GTGS) 1.5 is part of the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 Targeted Genotyping System.
GTGS Download Instructions:
Please use the following activation code: 690049-10100
- Install GCOS 1.4.
(GTGS 1.5 requires GCOS 1.4, see GCOS 1.4 download).
- Please write down or copy the software activation code above.
- Visit the Software Download Center.
- When you arrive at the Software Download Center you will be prompted to enter this activation code. You will then be prompted to register your contact information (we need this information to send you your license number).
- A few minutes after you submit your registration information you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your license number. You will then be directed back to the Software Download Center to download and install GTGS.
