MDAC 2.7 is required for installation
The Library Files installer was validated under MDAC 2.7. If you are running a different version, you may experience problems with the Library Files installation. MDAC 2.7 Service Pack 1 is available from the Microsoft web site.

WinZip is required for accessing the files.
Download and install a free evaluation version of WinZip. Then, download the zipped files to your hard drive using the links below and double click on the downloaded file to open WinZip and begin the installation.
