Assay Panel Files
These panel files are intended for GeneChip® Targeted Genotyping Software (GTGS) users in conjunction with the Targeted Genotyping reagents and arrays. Additional annotation files can be accessed on specific support pages.
Custom Assay Panel Files
Once you have received a message from the Affymetrix Custom Design Group indicating that your custom assay panel file is complete, please click here to download the files.
Targeted Genotyping Custom Assay Panel Files (and their associated GT Settings files) must be loaded into the GTGS software prior to beginning any experiments.
