Affymetrix Targeted Genotyping Panels are powerful tools for getting the coverage and information that you need. These panels allow you to perform successful association studies by offering flexible multiplexing from 1,500 to 50,000 SNPs per individual assay.

The following panel files are available for use with GeneChip® Targeted Genotyping Software (GTGS). These files contain information about the assays grouped together, including assay IDs, target alleles and assay alleles. Assay panel files and their associated GT Settings files must be loaded into the GTGS software prior to beginning any experiments. Additional annotation files can be accessed on specific support pages.

Custom panel files can be downloaded through the Affymetrix secure file exchange. Once you have received a message from the Affymetrix Custom Design Group indicating that your custom assay panel file is complete, please click here to download the files

Download the appropriate assay panel files and GT settings files for application-specific fixed assays. These files must be loaded into the GTGS software prior to beginning an experiment.
