Whole-genome Association and Copy Number Analysis Using GeneChip® Mapping 500K Arrays.
The Affymetrix® Data Analysis Workshops provide participants with a better understanding of the latest software features for managing microarray experiment data. Through a combination of presentations, seminars and hands-on training sessions, participants learn about all of the software modules, terminology and experiment workflows. Topics include registering samples and arrays, processing arrays through instrumentation and producing probe cell intensity data.
