The Affymetrix® GeneChip® Command Console® (AGCC) section of the Learning Center enables customers to learn about new features and improvements to the software. The presentation and accompanying videos provide an overview of the new features in AGCC and improvements that have been made to the previous release. Wherever applicable, the AGCC 1.1 section of the Learning Center provides reference to the AGCC 1.0 presentation in order to fully leverage the functionality afforded by AGCC.
