The Affymetrix® GeneChip® Command Console® (AGCC) section of the Learning Center provides a method for customers to learn about this new software. The presentation and accompanying videos provide an overview of the software modules, terminology, and workflow. In addition, they provide an introduction to the use of the software features for registering samples and arrays, processing arrays through instrumentation, producing probe cell intensity data, and performing data management.
