Which Fluidics protocol should I use when processing S. aureus arrays?
Since the S. aureus array is a Prokaryotic array with the same volume as the E.coli Antisense Genomic array, we should proceed accordingly. We will set up Fluidics as described in the Affymetrix' Expression Analysis Technical Manual section titled: "Prokaryotic Arrays: Washing, Staining and Scanning". Fluidics script should be chosen as if we were processing the E.coli Antisense Genome array. Further information about fluidics scripts can be obtained from Affymetrix' web.
