GeneChip® Rat Expression Set 230
How do the arrays in the Rat Expression Set 230 compare with the arrays in the RG-U34 Set?
The Rat Expression Set 230 (Rat 230) contains the vast majority of the genes featured on its predecessor the RG-U34A Array. Similarly, a large percentage of the genes represented on the RG-U34 B and C Arrays is also represented on the on the arrays in the Rat Set 230 (Rat 230A and Rat 230B). However, due to the dynamic nature of public databases, data generated with different versions of the rat arrays may not always produce concordant results.
