What is the difference between a poly-A site and a poly-A stack?

A poly-A stack indicates that the poly-A tail was present in the specified location in several sub-cluster members used to derive the consensus sequence. A poly-A site means that the specified poly-A tail was derived from the 3' end of an exemplar mRNA.
