What are the labels on the left of the alignment display (for example, Hs.65450.0)?
These labels indicate the transcript IDs for the sequences displayed in the alignment (blue bars). These IDs are derived from the corresponding UniGene ID, and the suffix (Hs.65450.#) indicates the transcript has been derived after sub-clustering the UniGene cluster. Click these labels to obtain the sequences corresponding to the transcript. Please note: Multiple sequences may be associated with a single transcript ID.
