How do I access the Probe Set Display tool to view the alignment for my favorite probe set?
The Probe Set Display tool is available in the NetAffx™ Analysis Center through a hyperlink within a Target Databank record (for example, HG-U133 Target). Using the probe set ID, query the Target Databank to obtain the Probe Set Annotation page. Click the desired hyperlink to view a graphical display of the alignment of the probe set with the Affymetrix® consensus sequences.
