GeneChip® Mouse Expression Set 430
How do the arrays in the Mouse Expression Set 430 compare with the arrays in the MG-U74v2 Set?
The Mouse Expression Set 430 (Mouse 430) contains the vast majority of the genes featured on its predecessor, the MG-U74Av2 Array. Similarly, a large percentage of the genes represented on the MG-U74Bv2 and MG-U74Cv2 Arrays is also represented on the arrays in the Mouse Set 430 (Mouse 430A and Mouse 430B). However, due to the dynamic nature of public databases, data generated with different versions of the mouse arrays may not always produce concordant results.
