Is there a tool to visualize the specificity of the probe sets represented on the arrays in the GeneChip Mouse Expression Set 430?
Yes, the Probe Set Display is a visualization tool that enables you to view the alignment of Mouse 230 probe sets relative to consensus sequences and MG-U74v2 probe sets and consensus sequences.
To access the Probe Set Display tool, click the box next to the array in the Interactive Query of the NetAffx Analysis Center and click "All entries". In the resulting table, click on the link for the probe set of interest and select "Probe Set Display".
