What kind of support can we anticipate from Affymetrix with respect to the GeneChip miRNA Array?
Affymetrix will only be responsible for the following:
- Directing and assisting customers in obtaining Affymetrix documentation supplied with the array.
- Directing and assisting customers in obtaining the library files for sample registration and array processing (wash, stain, and scan) in Affymetrix® GeneChip® Command Console (AGCC).
- Directing and assisting customers in successfully generating .CEL file data (i.e. library file compatibility, gridding) in AGCC.
- Evaluating and approving customer requests for array replacements due to manufacturing defects or instrument/software malfunctions that lead to unrecoverable loss of data from the arrays.
