What additional equipment or reagents do I need to run the Mapping 100K Set or Mapping 10K 2.0 Arrays?
Mapping 100K Set uses the same instrument platform widely in use for our expression arrays: The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 with high-resolution scanning patch, the GeneChip® Fluidics Station 450, and Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console (AGCC) and Genotyping Console 2.0 (GTC 2.0). Each array has a dedicated reagent kit that supplies the most critical components of the assay, GeneChip® Mapping 50K Xba Assay Kit (900520) and GeneChip® Mapping 50K Hind Assay Kit (P/N 900521).
