The HT HWS Kit was designed with sufficient reagents to process a single HT 96-array plate. HT Pre-hybridization Mix, HT 1.2X Hybridization Mix, HT Stain Cocktail 1 & 3, and HT Stain Cocktail 2 are sufficient for 96-array plates. However, HT Wash Buffer A, HT Wash Buffer B, and HT Array Holding Buffer are provided in sufficient quantity for a single HT array plate, regardless of format.

Therefore, in order to process additional HT 24-array plates, you will need to order standalone HT Wash Buffers A and B (P/N 901220) and HT Array Holding Buffer (P/N 901218). See the table below for the configurations needed for each scenario.
