Have any manuals been revised with the new kit?

Yes—the GeneChip® Expression Analysis Technical Manual for HT Array Plates Using the GeneChip® Array Station was updated. Note that Chapter 5 addresses plate processing using the HT HWS Kit. Customers preparing hybridization, wash, and stain reagents manually should follow the protocol in Chapter 6.
