Have the annotations for the existing probe sets from the HG-U133 Set changed? |

Yes, updated descriptions and annotations are available. These will be visible in GCOS and DMT upon installation of the HG-U133 Plus 2.0 library files. If only the HG-U133A 2.0 library files are installed, then only the probe sets originally on the HG-U133A Array will get the updated descriptions and annotations. The updated annotations are also available through the NetAffx™ Analysis Center, which is updated quarterly. |
