Can GTC 3.0.1 be used to analyze copy number for cancer studies?

GTC 3.0.1 is not recommended for the analysis of copy number for cancer studies. Partek is the recommended software for cancer, as it includes cancer-specific requirements such as tumor/normal analysis, large dynamic range and fragment size filtering.
