Which CNV maps does the copy number Segment Reporting Tool use?
By default, the Segment Reporting Tool will report segments that overlap with known CNV regions in the Toronto DGV map. Researchers can also provide custom CNV maps formatted as BED files. The Segment Reporting Tool will generate custom regions reports based on the genomic regions in the custom CNV maps.
