Can I analyze the results from my Gene 1.0 ST Array using GCOS or AGCC?
GCOS or Affymetrix GeneChip® Command Console® (AGCC) can be used to process all Affymetrix arrays through fluidics and scanning. Expression Console is required to perform QC analysis of Gene 1.0 ST Array data. Expression Console can be downloaded free from the Affymetrix website.
