Which protocol should I use to prepare my sample for hybridization to a Gene 1.0 ST Array?
The Whole Transcript (WT) Sense Target Labeling Assay is used to prepare samples for hybridization to the Gene 1.0 ST Array. More information about this protocol can be found on the Affymetrix website. The non-ribominus 100ng procedure is recomemended when preparing samples for use with the GeneChip® Gene 1.0 ST array.
