What is the least amount of labeled eukaryotic cRNA target I can put on an array?
You should always use the recommended quantity of cRNA described in the Expression Analysis Technical manual. Please refer to Table 2.3.1 for detailed instructions on the amount of cRNA needed for different array formats. Although there is a tolerance for some variation in quantity, we have found that hybridization of significantly less cRNA results in reduced sensitivity, particularly for low-copy transcripts.
