What is the minimum amount of total RNA I can use for each microarray experiment?
We currently recommend 5 µg of total RNA for our standard eukaryotic expression arrays. As you reduce the amount of starting material used in the standard assay, you may begin to see a subsequent decrease in sensitivity.
