What is the new electronic software download process?
To ensure better customer support and faster access to software updates, Affymetrix has implemented a web-based software download process.
A customer will receive an email with activation code and download instructions. The software, user manual, and related documents will be available for download. Those customers who prefer to receive the software on CD and paper copies of the manual and related documents can request a free-of-charge shipment while registering on the web site.
