Why don't I see any metrics or controls after I load my CHP files?
The reason is that the metric and control information is not included in the header of the CHP file; as a result the Expression Console software can not display that information. There are two main reasons that this occurs. First, the CHP file was created by an application other than the Expression Console software and thus did not write the information to the header. Secondly, the control probes were not identified prior to the analysis run, thus they were not included in the header. In both cases the solution is to run the analysis again within the Expression Console software.
