I want to have a "No Normalization" option in ExACT. This is very important because I would like to try our own normalization method, just get the .cel file from GCOS and normalize ourselves and then put the file back into the .cel file format and then use ExACT. Is this possible?
Yes, the modularized design of the ExACT workflow is designed to support this type of customized analysis. You can do this within the ExACT GUI by importing the normalized .cel files and then skipping the normalization step.
