Mapping 100K Set and Mapping 10K 2.0 Array use the same instrument platform widely in use for our expression arrays: The GeneChip® Scanner 3000 with high-resolution scanning patch, the GeneChip® Fluidics Station 450 or 400, and GeneChip® DNA Analysis Software 3.0. Each array has a dedicated reagent kit that supplies the most critical components of the assay. |
