How much DNA is required? |

Starting DNA= 100 nanograms per 100 µl PCR reaction is recommended for the LR PCR protocol. DNA amplicon/Array= 250 pM per array or ~ 50 f moles/PCR reaction, we recommend that the user be able to amplify at least ~100 femtoMoles per individual fragment or PCR amplicon. |
