CustomSeq arrays provide an average call rate >90%. Call rates may vary depending upon genomic sequence but it is possible to optimize assays for particular regions to increase the call rate. Call rates for capillary sequencing will also vary depending on genomic sequence and the level of expertise in a given laboratory. Many facilities will run reactions multiple times in order to get complete sequence. |
