Affymetrix CustomSeq arrays use your existing instrumentation: GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G, FS450, and Hybridization Oven 640. The software required to analyze the arrays is GeneChip® Operating Software (GCOS) 1.4 and GeneChip® Sequence Analysis Software (GSEQ) 4.0.
