What Affymetrix instrumentation, hardware and software is required to run the CustomSeq assay?
The CustomSeq arrays utilize the standard GeneChip Instrument System, consisting of the Hybridization Oven 645, Fluidics Station 450, and GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G. Either GCOS 1.4 or AGCC 1.1 may be utilized for array processing and image acquisition. GeneChip Sequence Analysis Software (GSEQ 4.1) is required for first-level analysis of the arrays.
