How much DNA is required?
Starting DNA = 100 nanograms per 100ul PCR reaction is recommended for the Long-Range PCR protocol, for 49-format array designs. We also have validated 50 and 25ul reactions requiring less input genomic DNA starting material.
DNA amplicon/Array = 250 pM per chip or 50 f moles/PCR reaction, we recommend that the user amplify at least 100 femtoMoles per individual fragment or PCR amplicon.
