GeneChip® Command Console® Software
How will Command Console Software improve the ability to share data with collaborators and end users?
Command Console Software is a file-based system, meaning that all data is stored in flat files. This allows data to be shared easily, by simply transferring files from one user to another. Export/import steps and additional data transfer software is not necessary with Command Console Software. Data files that are new in Command Console Software (audit files, log files, and array files) are in an open-standard XML format. This provides easy access to the data by users and third-party software providers.
