What is the Command Console Standalone?

The standalone version is the desktop version of Command Console and is similar to GCOS workstation. Command Console Standalone has a web interface that provides sample registration, data organization and administrative functionality. The standalone version is only accessible from the local computer and does not support remote connections. However, Command Console Standalone can use shared network storage to share data with other standalone workstations via the file system.
