What is sample/array registration?
It is the process of associating a sample record to a physical array or set of physical arrays. With this feature you can link a sample to a single array, a sample to an array set (multi-array set such as U133A and U133B, or 500K two-chip set) or a sample to an array type in replicate (one sample run on multiple arrays of the same type).
