How are library files imported into Command Console?
The Affymetrix Library File Importer converts GCOS library files into Command Console format. Then, it imports the files to the Command Console library file folder. The library file importer can convert files from the local GCOS installation, from a GCOS server on a remote Windows Server, or from a GCOS library file package on a CD or disk drive.
