What are sample attributes and sample attribute files?
Sample attributes are stored in the .ARR file type. The attribute file is generated when a user registers a sample. Users can assign sample attributes manually or by choosing from controlled vocabulary. Sample attributes can be optional or mandatory and can be used to associate chips from a multi-chip set to the same sample.
