Can data exist as a mixture of GCOS and Command Console formats?
Absolutely. In fact, CHP files from both Expression Console™ Software and Genotyping Console™ Software already produce Command Console-formatted CHP files using GCOS CEL files as input. To actively manage GCOS data in Command Console Software and perform tasks such as regridding or editing sample information, users will need to convert the GCOS data into Command Console Software.
