Do users need to convert all GCOS data to the Command Console format?
Command Console and GeneChip-compatible applications can handle data in either GCOS or Command Console format. There is no immediate need to convert historical data from GCOS into Command Console formats. If one does convert to Command Console formats, they can leverage some of the Command Console data management benefits such as searching for files using sample attributes and viewing file lineage within Command Console.
