What is Affymetrix GeneChip® Command Console® (AGCC) software?
Command Console is the next generation of Affymetrix core software and will replace the GCOS software suite. Command Console provides instrument control, sample registration and data management. It supports the microarray workflow from sample registration through CEL file generation.
